No contracts · Works on the phones your crew already has

Know what you have.
Know where it went.

Put a QR label on every tool, trailer, and machine. Your crew scans with their own phone to check it out or hand it off — and you see who has what, where it is, and what’s due for service. Connect a GPS tracker to the equipment worth watching.

How it works

Three steps. About five minutes.

Start with one tool and one label. The same workflow scales to a full yard.

  1. 01

    Add your equipment

Enter it by hand or import a spreadsheet you already have.

  2. 02

Print and stick on QR labels

Any label printer or a sheet of adhesive labels works.

  3. 03

    Crew scans to check out

They point a phone camera at the label. You see who has it, instantly.

What you get

Everything about a tool lives in one place.

Scan the label and you see the whole story — who checked it out, where it’s been, what it cost, and when it’s due for service.

01

Know who has every tool

Check equipment out to a person, truck, job, or location — and see the full history of where it’s been.

02

Stop jobs waiting on missing equipment

Reserve equipment ahead of time and catch conflicts before the crew shows up to an empty yard.

03

Catch maintenance before downtime

Schedule service, report damage, and keep unsafe equipment out of circulation.

04

Find high-value equipment on a map

Add cellular GPS to trailers, vehicles, and heavy equipment. Works without crew phones.

05

Run the tool room without paper

Print QR labels, set up a shared kiosk, or let crews scan with their own phones.

06

See what happened when something goes missing

Review every checkout, scan, location, and service record in one timeline.

Office and field

Office clarity. Field-speed actions.

The office gets full records, reports, and controls. The crew gets a scan screen and two buttons. Nobody has to learn software they don’t need.

  • Your crew sees a scan screen, not a database
  • Give people access to only the locations they work at
  • History stays intact when people join or leave
  • Works on any phone browser — nothing to install

Most contractors label everything and put GPS on the ten or twenty things they’d hate to lose.

Who uses it

Built for crews that lose tools, not for enterprise IT.

Tool rooms and yards

See whether the Milwaukee core drill is on the shelf, in a truck, or checked out to a crew.

Service trucks

Keep meters, press tools, cameras, and specialty equipment assigned to the right truck.

Job sites

Know what was delivered, who took responsibility, and what still needs to come back.

Trailers and towed equipment

Track custody with QR and add GPS when theft recovery and live location matter.

Heavy equipment

Keep service history and live location together for skid steers, excavators, and drills.

Pricing

Two plans. Unlimited crew on both.

You’re never charged per crew member — only admins count. Try Operations free for 14 days, no credit card. GPS trackers work with either plan.

Live GPS

Put a tracker on the equipment you’d hate to lose.

LogicTrack works with Trak-4 cellular trackers — live location, movement and geofence alerts, and full location history, right beside the checkout records for that same asset. No crew phone required.

Managed GPS is coming

We’re finalizing hardware and service pricing so you can add a tracker to any plan with one click — device included. Already running Trak-4 devices? Get in touch and we’ll connect them now.

Questions

What teams ask before they start.

Do my guys need to download an app?

No. The phone camera opens LogicTrack in a browser.

What kind of labels do I need?

Any adhesive label works. Print them from any printer.

What happens if a label gets torn off or painted over?

Reprint it from the equipment record. The history stays intact.

Do I need GPS?

No. Most contractors use QR for everything and GPS on high-value assets only.

Can I import the spreadsheet I already have?

Yes, on either paid plan.

Am I charged per crew member?

No. Field users are unlimited on both paid plans.

Is there a contract?

No. Choose monthly or annual billing and cancel anytime.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You get 14 days of Operations without entering a card.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays and remains exportable. The workspace becomes read-only for new records, and nothing is deleted.

Start with one tool
