Privacy Policy
Effective July 25, 2026 · Development-preview draft
1. Provider and scope
LogicTrack is provided by Tailored Logic LLC (“Tailored Logic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes how we process information when authorized users visit logictrack.app, create an account, use the LogicTrack application, connect an integration, or request support.
Provider mailing address: [TAILORED LOGIC LLC MAILING ADDRESS]. Privacy contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Account identity, sign-in provider, contact details, and authentication metadata.
- Company membership, role, location scope, and access-control records.
- Equipment, inventory, identifier, QR, custody, reservation, maintenance, report, and audit records submitted by or for a Company.
- GPS coordinates, provider timestamps, tracker metadata, and related position history when a Company connects a supported tracking provider.
- Integration configuration and records supplied by connected services such as LogicDesk or Trak4.
- Technical logs, device/browser data, security events, diagnostics, and support messages.
- Subscription and billing status supplied by the payment provider. LogicTrack does not receive complete payment-card numbers.
3. How information is used
We process information to provide and secure LogicTrack; isolate Company data; perform authorized equipment workflows; operate integrations; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; provide support; administer subscriptions; comply with law; and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information.
4. Company data and tenant ownership
As between Tailored Logic and the subscribing Company, the Company retains its rights in the operational data it submits to LogicTrack. The Company controls which authorized users may access its workspace and is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and retention requirements of its data.
5. Location and address data
When Map & GPS history is opened, LogicTrack may send latitude and longitude to Google Maps to request a human-readable address. The returned address is displayed for that request and is not stored in the LogicTrack database. The original GPS evidence remains in the Company’s tracking history according to its configured retention and applicable requirements.
6. Service providers
We use service providers to operate LogicTrack, including Google Cloud for application infrastructure, Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Google Maps for optional address lookup, Trak4 when connected by a Company, and payment, email, monitoring, and support providers selected for the service. Providers process data under their own terms and our applicable agreements.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account or subscription is active and as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, backups, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Company-configured retention may apply to specific operational records. Some deleted data may remain in protected backups for a limited period before scheduled expiration.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authentication, role-aware access, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, managed cloud infrastructure, and security logging. No system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information. A Company administrator may also manage users and operational records within the product. Submit privacy requests to[email protected]. We may verify identity and authority before completing a request.
10. Children and international use
LogicTrack is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as LogicTrack changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
